Studio Policy:
Tangerine Hair Studio does not offer refunds for services. We strive to provide the best possible service to make our clientele absolutely satisfied with the job we do. Please keep in mind that everyone's hair is not created equally, thus each client will receive a free explanatory hair consultation regarding what can and cannot be achieved with each individual’s hair. However, if you are unhappy with your hair services, we will correct most problems free of charge*. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

*In order to receive a service correction, you must contact us within the seven (7) day time limit, starting from the date of service. Booking for your free correction, must be done within that time. Free service corrections will be authorized under our discretion.
